Refund Policy

20 Hour Prelicensing Course:

1. $55 Cancellation fee applies to 20 hour prelicense class once registration is submitted.
2. No refund after the class begins.
3. If you need to reschedule email or call the school – no charge to reschedule.

Continuing Education:

1. $15.00 cancellation fee if request to cancel is made PRIOR to the class beginning.
2. No refund after the class begins.
3. If you need to reschedule email or call the school – no charge to reschedule.

Course Material: NO REFUND once any of the material has been sent out either by email or USPS.

Above policy ONLY applies to courses offered by Jim Montrym’s National MLO School – any course purchased through an affiliate school’s website is subject to that school’s policies.
