Since 1990, Jim Montrym has helped over 55,000 individuals successfully obtain their Florida State Broker’s License.  Throughout the years, Jim’s in-depth knowledge and humorous personality have produced memorable methodologies and insights into the mortgage industry that kept the attention of his students. We offer Live, Live Online Classes, and Online Self-Study Classes

Federal and State guidelines require loan originators to comply with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Jim Montrym’s National Mortgage Loan Originator School offers the required 20-Hour NMLS Mortgage Origination Pre-Licensing course, 2022 NMLS-Required 8 Hour Continuing Education, and the Florida State-specific course.
